Meiko's business, which is the manufacture and sale of electronic circuit boards, is based on the belief that it is by gaining the trust of customers through the proper management of their important information. As part of our efforts regarding information security across the entire Meiko Group, we have acquired ISO27001, an internationally recognized standard for information security management systems (ISMS), and are working to build, maintain, and strengthen a management system for information shared with customers.

Information Security Policy

Based on our management philosophy, we will implement measures to strengthen security and raise the awareness of management and employees regarding information security in order to protect customer information and information assets held by our company from threats such as unauthorized access, disasters, crimes, and cyber attacks. We recognize the above information security risks as one of the risks related to company management, and hereby declare that our management and employees will work together to put into practice our information security policy in line with our management philosophy.

Personal Information Protection

In order to comply with the law regarding the protection of personal information and to handle personal information appropriately, Meiko has established "Personal Information Protection Regulations" and takes strict care when handling personal information.

Targeted email attack drills

To raise awareness of information security risks, since fiscal 2017, we have conducted training every year to simulate targeted email attacks by sending mock emails to all email users in Japan. We plan to continue conducting targeted email attacks on a regular basis.
