Gold plating current monitoring IoT system

The inner walls of the Ni tanks used in the gold plating process change over time, causing fluctuations in the DC current value of the current device. If left unattended, this can lead to deterioration of the tanks, so DC current monitoring is essential.Conventionally, this was done manually, but it took time for the abnormality to be discovered, which led to tank replacement and product defects.
Therefore, we developed a DC current monitoring system, set up measurement points to collect DC current and DC voltage values, and made improvements so that the measured values can be monitored on the web. This has created an environment where an alert can be sent out immediately when an abnormal current is discovered.
